A redeemed Office product key cannot be “uninstalled” or removed from a Microsoft account. Once a key is redeemed at Office.com/setup or Microsoft365.com/setup, it is permanently tied to that Microsoft account and converted into a license or subscription entry under that account.

    Key points:

    1. Product keys are one‑time use
      • The key redeemed at Office.com/setup can only be used once and is not meant to be reused or shared.
      • After redemption, installation and activation are managed by signing in with the associated Microsoft account, not by re‑entering the key.
    2. Manage the product via the Microsoft account
      • To reinstall or manage the product, go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page (as described in the context) and install Office from there using the same account that was used to redeem the key.
    3. If the key was redeemed on the wrong account
      • The key cannot be moved or removed by self‑service. For issues such as redeeming on the wrong account or needing further changes, contact Microsoft support for assistance.

It is not possible to remove an activated Office licence form your Microsoft account, when the licence is activated it becomes associated to the Microsoft account used as a permanent digital licence.

Why do you need to remove the Office licence from your account, are you trying to move the Office licence to another Microsoft account.
