Why am I asked if I "want to allow this app to make changes to my device"?
I recently cleared my cache and cookies to access a new health insurance app. Since then, every time I attempt to use Microsoft edge, I prompted to approve changes to my device. It used to just ask for my pin. Please help?

It's been a persistent issue over many years that Edge opens on its own after computer comes out of sleep. I had Microsoft support to remove edge completely, yet the issue persists. Has anyone been able to resolve this? thanks.
