I lost My Mobile phone last week so I cannot access my Microsoft account as it has to be verified by sending a pin to My Mobile number that I don't have anymore.

    Hi @natalie ferguson

Hi, I’m sorry you’re dealing with this after losing your phone.

At the verification screen, select I don’t have any of these, then follow the prompts to replace the old security information with a new email address or verification method. Please note that Microsoft may apply a 30-day waiting period before the new information can be used.

If that option is unavailable or you have also forgotten the password, use the Microsoft account recovery form, preferably from a familiar device and location.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors cannot access accounts or Microsoft’s back-end systems. We can only provide technical guidance on reported incidents, requests and ideas

    Thank you for your understanding
