For Microsoft 365 Home subscription or billing help, request a support callback through Microsoft’s Get Help workflow rather than calling the numbers listed for sales.

1. Open Contact Microsoft customer support.
2. Under Microsoft technical support, select Get help.
3. Sign in with the Microsoft account associated with the subscription.
4. Enter Microsoft 365 subscription billing and select Get Help.
5. Select Contact Support.
6. Choose Microsoft 365 and Office → Manage my subscription.
7. Select Request a call back and enter your phone number. If callback is unavailable, select Chat with a support agent in your web browser. These are the documented contact options for personal subscription assistance.^1^

Microsoft does publish country-specific phone numbers, but the numbers on that page are identified as sales support contacts. They are intended for purchases or pre-sales help and are not guaranteed to connect directly to a Microsoft 365 billing agent.^2^
