How do you recover an account that someone hacked into and changed the alias?

My gmail account, ******@gmail.com, has been accessed by someone I don't know and the alias has been replaced with ******@sreioenone.live.

I've also been logged out of all devices so I can no longer reset the password or access the account.

When trying to go through the help forums, nothing works because my account isn't recognized by the system by the same name anymore. When I try to contact customer support, I'm only given an ai who tells me to just make a new account and that nothing can be done.

Is there a real person who can help me with this? I have no idea how much of my life is now at risk because someone was somehow able to walk in the door and lock me out before I could do anything.
