Hier spreekt Tin. Het spijt me te horen dat je je MS Office 365 Family-abonnement niet kunt terugvinden in je account. Dit gebeurt meestal wanneer je per ongeluk een ander Microsoft-account aan je abonnement hebt gekoppeld. Ik raad je aan om al je mogelijke accounts te controleren. Je kunt proberen in te loggen via deze link: https://account.microsoft.com/services, om te zien aan welk account je abonnement is gekoppeld.
