I just want to have a technical person contact me and finish fixing my account issues before we were disconected two days ago on a phone conversation .

I am disgusted in the way Microsoft refuse to make it easy to talk to a PERSON about technical issues with Microsoft 365 .

I have been with Microsoft for 20+

years and seen them increase costs year after year and provide less and less personal support .

At the end of this years contract I will dump Microsoft and find a cheaper and more interactive company ( if one exists) .

If Microsoft intend to go forward they will have to look at how they interact with fee paying clients.

And not rely on Chat Bots and AI driven customer servises that are totally useless when communicating with people asking for personal ( a human ) to answer detailed QUESTIONS.
