    Hi Mathis Piché,

I understand how concerning it is to remain locked out after completing the verification step.

Could you please share the exact message shown after the verification is completed, or provide a screenshot with your email address, phone number, and any other personal information covered? Also, does the page display a “Let’s prove you’re human” prompt or a link beginning with aka.ms/?

The exact wording matters because different account locks require different recovery processes. In the meantime, you can try the official Microsoft Account Sign-in Helper, which will check the account details you provide and direct you to the appropriate recovery option.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Contributors cannot access your account, view its lock status, or unlock it from the back end. Thank you so much for your understanding.

If you can share a screenshot of the message you saw, that could be helpful. Otherwise, it's pure guessing on our part, so here's my guess:

Someone has stolen your Microsoft account username and password, and is using them to take actions in your name that are against one or more of Microsoft's rules.
