I haven't received emails to my MSN email account since Tuesday. I have a number of daily subscriptions and none of them are showing up. I normally get 20-40 emails per day. What's weird is that I am receiving junk mail at normal levels. Coincidentally, I can send an email to myself and receive it. I can also receive an email to myself from my gmail account.

It sounds like you might be experiencing issues with your MSN email account that could be related to spam filtering or email rules. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Since you are receiving junk mail normally, it's possible that your subscriptions are being incorrectly filtered as spam. Check your spam or junk folder to see if any of the missing emails are there.
    2. Email Filters and Rules: Review any email rules you may have set up in your MSN account that could be moving emails to different folders or deleting them. Sometimes, rules can inadvertently affect the delivery of expected emails.
    3. Quarantine Settings: If you have any email security products or settings that might be blocking certain emails, check those configurations to ensure they are not preventing the delivery of your subscription emails.
    4. Sender Whitelisting: If you know the email addresses of the subscriptions, consider adding them to your contacts or whitelisting them to ensure they are not blocked.
    5. Email Client Settings: If you are using an email client (like Outlook), ensure that it is configured correctly and that there are no settings preventing the display of certain emails.

Since you can send and receive emails to yourself, it suggests that your account is functioning for basic operations, but further investigation into filtering and rules is recommended.

This was not helpful as I am not computer literate - that is why have asked for a phone to speak someone who help me. I am extremely frustrated. I must have access to my e-mails for work and giving my home repaired from serious flood damage. I am 78 years old as this problem needs to be corrected ASAP. I have been told I would receive a call from MSN since Tuesday11-03-26. What is phone number I can speak to have my e-mail restored!
