Change administrator sign in

I have changed my administrator sign in name, and I can't open anything needed to perform any tasks. Tasks such as:

Disc cleanup, normal cleanup to free up space. Can you please tell me what I have to do to change it?

    Can you please tell me specifically how you changed the administrator sign in name? It sounds like the user profile might have been corrupted. Please provide that context if you don't mind.

    Also, Please type cmd in the search on the taskbar. Don't press enter key yet. Instead, choose "run as administrator" to launch Command Prompt. Does it allow you to launch Command Prompt, if so, can you run this command and share a screenshot please?
