Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear Ivory,
Thank you for your detailed response and suggested workaround.
Unfortunately, creating an additional Microsoft 365 trial tenant does not appear to be an appropriate or proportionate solution to the problem.
I purchased Microsoft 365 Business Basic on 15 October 2026 and have been unable to access or administer the subscription reliably since purchase.
My request is straightforward:
Cancel the Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription purchased on 15 October 2026.
Immediately disable recurring billing and prevent further charges.
Arrange a full refund, subject to Microsoft's applicable cancellation and refund terms.
Confirm cancellation and the refund decision in writing.
I have already attempted the usual account recovery and administrator access procedures without success.
I also maintain a separate personal Microsoft 365 Premium subscription, which must remain entirely unaffected.
Due to disability, telephone communication is not accessible to me. I therefore require a written support and escalation procedure as a reasonable accessibility adjustment.
I appreciate that Independent Advisors cannot directly access Microsoft billing systems. However, I would be grateful if a Microsoft moderator or authorised support representative could identify an official written escalation route to Microsoft 365 Business Billing Support without requiring me to create another tenant or purchase another subscription.
For clarity, I am formally requesting cancellation and a refund within two days of the original purchase. Please ensure that the date of this request is recognised, notwithstanding the technical difficulties preventing access to the cancellation controls.
I can provide the purchase confirmation, administrator username and order reference privately through an appropriate secure Microsoft support channel.
Thank you for your assistance.
Kind regards,
Gary
