I am getting the run around with this whole MS thing. I need to speak to a human.

    Hi Dani Lue,

I understand that you would prefer to speak directly with a support agent rather than continue through automated suggestions.

Please sign in through the Microsoft Support contact page, briefly describe the issue, and select Get Help. If the Support Assistant appears, you can enter: “I need to speak with a live support agent about my Windows 11 issue.”

Continue through the prompts, select Contact Support, and choose chat or a callback if available. The contact options displayed may vary depending on the issue, region, support hours, and subscription.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum, so contributors cannot connect you directly with a Microsoft support agent. Could you share a little more about the issue you are experiencing? The community may be able to provide additional guidance or help direct you to the appropriate support channel. If you have any difficulty contacting Microsoft Support, please reply here and I’ll be happy to guide you through the available steps. Thank you so much for your understanding.

For a Microsoft personal account, the fastest path to a human is usually chat support through Get Help or the Contact Support flow.

    1. Open Get Help on the PC.
      • It can be opened from Settings by pressing Windows key + I → System → Get Help.
    2. In Get Help, type a short description such as agent support or Contact Support.
    3. If self-help does not solve it, select Contact Support.
    4. Choose the affected product or service, then select Confirm.
    5. Choose one of these contact methods if offered:
      • Chat with a support agent in your web browser
      • Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you

    Important details:

    • Available contact options depend on hours of operation, product, scenario, and subscription.
    • For Microsoft account sign-in issues, Microsoft also provides a sign-in helper tool that can identify common account problems.
    • Microsoft support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details for account protection.

If the issue is specifically with an Outlook app, support is available inside the app at Settings > Help & Feedback > Contact Support. That button can be disabled if Connected Experiences is turned off for the Microsoft account or if an administrator disabled it.
