My email account has stopped sending emailing on my Mac book and also in the browser saying its spam so recipient has rejected email . please help

Since the issue occurs in the browser, it is a general problem. Does the issue happen with all recipients, or only with a specific recipient?
Are you receiving emails normally?
Are you able to send an email to yourself?
All recipients I can't send to . I am still recieving emails but can't reply and cannot send any new emails . tried to send an email to myself too and doesnt send
Did you run the test in the app or on the Outlook website (https://outlook.live.com/mail/)?
