Choose folders is a desktop app setting, so it is not under Account on the website. In the system tray, click the OneDrive cloud icon, open the gear icon, choose Settings, then Sync and backup, and click Choose folders.

    Hello,

It seems that you are no longer seeing the 'Choose folders' option in the OneDrive desktop 'Account' Section.

This option lets you choose what you want available in your "OneDrive" folder on your desktop. Unselecting the folder will hide it from your File Explorer.

    If this option is missing,

    1. May I please know if you're using a Personal or Work/School account on the OneDrive desktop app?
    2. Type winver in the search bar on the taskbar and click Enter. Post a screenshot of the resulting dialog box.
