To reach a live support representative for a Microsoft 365 subscription issue:

1. Go to Contact Microsoft Support.
2. Enter the problem and select Get Help.
3. If the suggested self-help does not resolve it, select Contact Support.
4. Choose the Microsoft 365 and Office product/category.
5. Select the subscription-related category such as Manage My Subscription or Manage account subscription.
6. Choose an available contact option such as chat with a support agent or request a call back.

If the chat option is unavailable, try again during support working hours or request a callback if that option is offered.

For Microsoft 365 for business:

1. Go to the admin center at https://admin.cloud.microsoft.
2. Select Help & support.
3. Enter the issue.
4. If needed, select the Contact Support icon and choose phone or email contact.
