Subject: Request to Remove Duplicate Business Subscriptions and Refund Charges

Hello,

I currently have three Microsoft subscriptions 2 that are 365 Business subscriptions showing under my account. Two of these subscriptions were created in error and are tied to a tenant that I cannot access or manage. Because the tenant is corrupted, I am unable to cancel or remove these subscriptions myself.

I have been trying to resolve this for over three months, but the system will not allow me to delete the duplicate subscriptions. I am requesting the following:

Please remove the two business subscriptions that are not associated with my active tenant.

Please refund all charges associated with these two subscriptions, as I have not been able to use or access them.

I may choose to renew business services later, but I need these duplicate subscriptions removed so I can get control of my account and billing.

Thank you for your assistance. I appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

    Hi David,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

First of all, I hope you understand that this forum is a community where users exchange and share information with one another. Moderators and other users on the forum are unable to directly assist you with making changes to your account information.

To cancel your Business subscription and request a refund, you will need to use the Global Administrator account (for example: ******@yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com) that Microsoft provided to you via email when you signed up for the business subscription.

You can then sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center at admin.microsoft.com and cancel the subscription by following the instructions in the document below:

Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn

If you would like to request a refund, you will need to contact Microsoft Billing Support for further assistance.

If you do not remember this account, you can check your inbox and search for the keyword ".onmicrosoft.com" to find previous emails related to your account or tenant.

If you are still unable to cancel the subscription, please provide me with the following information:

    1. What error do you encounter when accessing the Microsoft 365 Admin Center?
    2. Could you share the error code or a screenshot of the step where you are experiencing difficulty?

Please note: Before sharing any screenshots or information on the forum, please remove or conceal any personal information.

Based on this information, I will be able to assist you more effectively.

I look forward to hearing from you.
