have been through several loops with try this try that but microsoft AI cannot resolve the problem that they have caused.

My excel was fine unti licence was renewed now cant save files.

Either fix it or return my licence fee.

it is actually impossible to speak with a human this organisation is not run by any humans I am presently convinced.

Open a ticket and AI responds.

Call them up and AI answers the phone.

It's actually not acceptable - I opened a ticket and the ticket was immediately marked as resolved by AI.

Are you using the Office apps on a Windows PC or on an Apple Mac computer?

If you are using the Office apps on a Windows device:

Open Word.

At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognized correctly.

If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

At the top left of your Mac desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?
