Dear Microsoft for Startups Team,

Our company, HUBrobotix AI Technology GmbH, Germany, has joined the Microsoft for Startups program.

On October 5, 2026, we received an official Microsoft email inviting us to unlock an additional $5,000 in Azure credits by completing business verification.

Unfortunately, we are unable to complete the process.

Our Microsoft for Startups dashboard currently displays:

"We are reviewing your startup verification. Check back in a few days."

We currently have $200 in startup credits activated.

However:

We have no option to upload company registration documents.

There is no way to edit or resubmit our business verification information.

The verification link in Microsoft's email redirects to the Azure Portal login page.

We cannot find an accessible support channel specifically for this verification issue.

We have found several other startups reporting similar problems with the new Microsoft for Startups Preview experience.

We kindly request an escalation to the Microsoft for Startups Business Verification Team.

Please either manually review our existing registration or enable the document submission process.

We can provide our German commercial register extract, company information and proof of domain ownership through a secure Microsoft channel.

Company: HUBrobotix AI Technology GmbH Country: Germany Registered email: ******@hubrobotix.ai

Please help us resolve this issue without creating a duplicate startup registration.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards, Frank Lemm Managing Director HUBrobotix AI Technology GmbH

Submit a Microsoft for Startups Program Support case from the Azure portal’s Your Microsoft Team tile and request that support manually review or trigger business verification; do not create a duplicate registration.

Escalation steps for the current experience

Because the company joined in October 2026, the older Founders Hub instructions using the top-right “?” → Submit a Support Ticket apply only to organizations that joined before May 29, 2026 and should not be used as the primary route here.^1^

    1. Sign in using the same Microsoft account used to register for Microsoft for Startups.
    2. Open the Microsoft for Startups experience in the Azure portal.
    3. Locate Your Microsoft Team.
    4. Select Get Program Support.
    5. Open the case under business verification, entitlement/credits, or portal access—whichever category is offered. Microsoft identifies Program Support as the route for onboarding, credit activation, entitlement corrections, and portal-access problems.^2^
    6. Include:
      • Company legal name and country
      • Registration-account email address
      • Date of the verification invitation
      • Current $200 credit milestone
      • Exact message: “We are reviewing your startup verification. Check back in a few days.”
      • A screenshot showing the pending status and absence of an upload control
      • A note that the email link redirects to Azure Portal rather than opening verification
      • The request: “Please manually review the existing registration or retrigger the business-document submission workflow. Do not create a duplicate registration.”
    7. State that the German commercial-register extract and domain-ownership evidence are available, but upload them only through the secure support case when requested.

A closely matching case with a missing Business Verification page was directed to Microsoft for Startups Support for account review and manual triggering or completion of verification.^3^

If “Get Program Support” is missing or fails

Use Microsoft’s general support page, select Get Help, describe the issue, and then select Contact Support when offered.^4^ Use this summary:

Microsoft for Startups Preview account created after May 29, 2026. Business verification remains in “reviewing” state, no document-upload or resubmission control is available, and Get Program Support is unavailable. Please route this to Microsoft for Startups Program Support for entitlement and verification review.

Attach screenshots of both the verification status and the missing/failed support entry point. A Microsoft Q&A post cannot directly access the account or escalate it internally, so a support case number is required for account-specific handling.

    Do not delete or reapply

Submitted applications cannot be edited. Although Microsoft documents deletion and reapplication in some pending-application situations, that is not appropriate when the goal is to preserve the existing registration and active credits.^2^

The $200 amount is the initial milestone. The $5,000 milestone is unlocked through completed business verification and is evaluated automatically; there is no separate application for that credit tier.^5^

Do not publish the commercial-register extract, domain receipts, account identifiers, or other sensitive evidence in this public Q&A thread.
