Existing Founders Hub account cannot complete startup verification after incorporation

My Microsoft for Startups dashboard says:

"We couldn't verify your startup."

There is no Business Verification page where I can submit my EIN or incorporation documents.

My startup is now incorporated.

Company: NextGen-AI Solutions, LLC

EIN: 329941681

Stripe Atlas account: acct_1QjT9gLJLWjqa8qG

I also attempted to redeem the Stripe Atlas Microsoft for Startups benefit, but it redirects to my existing Founders Hub dashboard.

How do I trigger business verification or have my startup manually verified? Initially, it was $1,000 and expires next month so I deleted all resources.

Startups: Companies that are in their initial stages of business and typically developing a business model and seeking financing.

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A

Hello @Chandra Kamalakantha I hope you are doing well.

If your dashboard shows "We couldn't verify your startup" and the Business Verification page is not available, the verification workflow may not have been triggered or your account may require manual review.

For your privacy and security, please do not share your EIN, Stripe account ID, or other sensitive information publicly on Microsoft Q&A.

    Please check the following:

    • Verify that you're signed in with the same Microsoft account associated with your Founders Hub application.

If the Business Verification page is still unavailable, submit a request through the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub Support team so they can review your account and manually trigger or complete the verification process if necessary.

    • When contacting support, include your company name and explain that your startup has now been incorporated and that the Business Verification option is missing.
