Hi, S S
The fact that Get Add-ins became unavailable across several Office apps after an update points to a shared Office privacy, sign-in, or policy setting rather than a problem with one add-in.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
Open Word or Excel, then select File > Account > Account Privacy > Manage Settings. Make sure Turn on optional connected experiences is enabled. Close every Office app, restart the computer, and test again. Office Store add-ins depend on this setting.
Sign out from File > Account, close all Office apps, then reopen one and sign in again with the Microsoft account that owns the Office license.
Check File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Add-ins. Make sure Disable all Application Add-ins is not selected.
If this is a work or school account, the organization may have disabled Microsoft Marketplace or optional connected experiences. Your Microsoft 365 administrator will need to review the add-in and privacy policies.
If the button remains greyed out, run Online Repair from Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft 365 > Modify. Since this began immediately after an update and affects every Office app, also submit it through Help > Feedback > Report a problem, including the Office version shown under File > Account.
