Where to find W-9 for Microsoft 365 it isn't in the Admin portal?

Microsoft's W-9 isn't available to download from the Microsoft 365 admin center. To obtain the W9 form and insurance coverage documentation from Microsoft (applicable for 2026), please contact Microsoft Support directly.

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with a Global Admin or Billing Admin account.
    2. Select Help & support, say that you need the latest Microsoft Corporation W-9 form, then select Contact support.
    3. Submit the request. Billing Support will verify it and send you the document securely.
