Using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund.

If you are still unable to resolve that payment problem, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

To speak to a real Microsoft support person about a billing or subscription charge:

    1. Go to Contact Microsoft Support.
    2. Enter the problem and select Get Help.
    3. If more help is needed, select Contact Support.
    4. Choose the billing/subscription path such as Microsoft 365 > Manage my subscription.
    5. Use the available support option such as chat with a support agent.

If the charge is for a subscription purchased directly from Microsoft, the self-service cancellation and refund path is:

    1. Sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used to buy the subscription.
    2. Go to Services & subscriptions.
    3. Select the subscription, then Manage > Cancel.
    4. During cancellation, refund eligibility is shown automatically.

Important checks if cancellation is not available:

    • If Turn on recurring billing is shown, recurring billing is already off and the subscription is set to expire on the date shown.
    • If the subscription was bought through a third party such as Amazon, Apple, Best Buy, or Google Play, cancellation and refund must be handled with that seller directly. Microsoft cannot cancel or refund those third-party purchases.
    • If there is an overdue amount, cancellation cannot be completed until the balance is paid.
    • Make sure the sign-in uses the same Microsoft personal account that originally purchased the subscription.
