I have sent several Group emails to Hotmail addresses and they have all bounced back.

How many days have passed since you created the account that you use with Outlook.com?
Also, have you been using it regularly for activities such as sending and receiving emails over a certain period of time?
Immediately after an account is created, the strictest sending limits are applied.
If you do not have a subscription, your sending limits are even more restrictive than those described below.

    Hello,

I need a bit more info to figure out what is triggering the block. What is the exact error message or code you are getting in those bounce back emails? There is usually a short diagnostic code somewhere in that delivery failure message.

Also, are you sending this from another Hotmail account or a different email service, and roughly how many people are in this group email? Hotmail spam filters can be pretty aggressive with group blasts.
