How to recover my Onenote deleted file which are delted more than 60days?

Some of my onenote files are deleted from my onenote. even from drive it is not available. The data is very sensitive and important. How can i recover it?

    I’m sorry to hear that your important OneNote content is missing.

    To provide the appropriate recovery steps, could you please confirm whether you use OneNote with a personal Microsoft account, such as Outlook.com or Hotmail.com, or a work or school Microsoft 365 account?

    Also, please let us know whether the entire notebook was deleted or only specific pages or sections are missing.
