Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
Hi @V
I understand how frustrating this is, especially when the missing Walmart verification emails prevent you from accessing your account.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.
Since you have already checked the Inbox, Junk Email, Spam, and Deleted Items folders, please sign in directly to Outlook.com and search for from:@walmart.com. Also check the Other tab, Archive folder, and Settings > Mail > Rules, Forwarding, and Junk email. Make sure the specific Walmart sender address and the walmart.com domain are not blocked, then add them to Safe senders and domains.
Please also confirm that your MSN address is entered correctly in your Walmart account. If the messages remain completely absent, adding Walmart as a safe sender may not resolve the issue because that setting only affects messages that reach your mailbox.
In that case, please contact Walmart Support and ask them to check their delivery or bounce logs for your MSN address. If their system confirms that the messages were sent but rejected or blocked, Walmart’s email administrator will need to contact Outlook.com Sender Support, as this process must be initiated by the sender.
I hope this helps clarify the next steps. Please feel free to let us know if you have any updates.
