Could you elaborate a bit on what you are trying to do? For example, are you trying to share a subscription with your husband? Or in what way are your accounts linked?

The account is in my name. My husband John with his email address @outlook.com has always been attached to my Office 365 account. Suddenly he was blocked. We live in Australia but are currently in Lima Peru. His emails cannot be accessed to receive or send.

Thanks for the follow-up. The problem here is likely that you are traveling. Microsoft licenses are region-specific which means that an Australia license may fail to activate in South America.

That is surprising. Are you both using @outlook.com addresses or maybe your alias is from another provider?

Are you both using the Outlook app or does one of you prefer the web interface for e-mailing?

Also, is the problem with the e-mail only, not with the apps and their activation state?

And do you access e-mails in the Outlook app or on the web?
