    Hi, @ellie marks

Are you using a personal Microsoft account, such as Outlook.com/Hotmail, or a work or school account?

If this is a personal Microsoft account, you can check your subscription here: https://account.microsoft.com/services

To cancel the subscription, under "Services & subscriptions," locate the subscription, select "Manage," then choose the option to cancel the subscription or turn off recurring billing.

If this is a work or school account, subscription and billing are normally managed by your organization's administrator instead.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!

To check subscription payments and cancel a Microsoft 365 or other Microsoft subscription:

    1. Go to Subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account that was used to buy the subscription.
    2. Find the subscription.
      • If Manage, Cancel, or Change payment appears, the subscription is billed by Microsoft.
      • If those options are missing or limited, the subscription may be managed by a third party such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, or another retailer.
    3. Select Manage.
    4. To cancel, select Cancel or Upgrade or Cancel, then follow the prompts.
    5. If Turn on recurring billing appears instead, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and no further automatic charges should occur.

    For payment details:

    • On the subscription page, Microsoft-billed subscriptions let payment methods be updated with Manage > Change how you pay.
    • If there is a past-due balance, Pay now appears and the overdue amount must be paid before cancellation.
    • If a charge appeared after cancellation, one documented reason is canceling too close to the billing date. Cancellation must be more than 2 days before the billing date.
    • If a charge is not recognized, it can be investigated from the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard.

If the subscription was bought through a third party, billing and cancellation must be handled with that provider directly. Microsoft cannot cancel, refund, or modify billing for those subscriptions.
