I am unable to receive E-mails form a sender even though I have the sender set as a contact and a trusted sender. I have been able to receive E-mails from them previously however there was some difficulty then. Now I cannot get anything from them at all. The sender is a no reply email address from a company that I have purchased a video game from and I cannot access the company's support page because I cannot receive their two step verification E-mails.

    Hello Will,

Since this only affects emails from one company, the issue is more likely related to that company’s automated verification system or the email address linked to your game account.

First, check the account or purchase confirmation to make sure the registered email address is correct. If you have ever changed your Outlook alias, the verification messages may still be sent to the previous address.

Try requesting only one new code, then wait before requesting another. Repeated requests can sometimes invalidate earlier codes or temporarily pause automated messages.

Also check whether the sign-in page offers another verification method, such as SMS, an authenticator app, backup codes, or account recovery.

If none is available, contact the company through another route, such as its general contact form, official social-media support page. You could also try contacting them using a different email address.

You may also contact Microsoft Support and ask them to check whether there is an account-specific issue preventing messages from this sender from reaching your mailbox. Since this is a user-to-user forum, we cannot access your account or investigate email delivery from the backend.

Here's how to reach out to the Microsoft Support Team (live chat):

    1.  Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    2. In the search box, enter a short description of your issue, then choose "Get Help"
    3. Scroll down and select Sign in to contact support (please sign in using a personal Microsoft account). Then follow the on-screen prompts to reach Support Team.

    Tips:

    • Support chat availability may vary by country/region, product, and support hours. If you can't get in touch with a chat agent right away, trying again later or at a different time may help.
    • If the support page directs you to the automated assistant, type “I need a live agent” in the chat.

Hopefully your issue will be sorted out soon. Thank you so much for your patience!
