I need help contacting Azure Billing without access to my tenant. I am being charged €5.19 monthly for Azure Storage. I have the tenant ID, billing invoice, and payment method, but I no longer know the administrator username. The Azure support portal requires me to sign in, and phone support directs me back to the portal. How can I initiate billing cancellation and ownership verification without tenant access?
