Based on the error code you provided, it appears that your account is no longer registered as a Guest User in that tenant. As a result, you are unable to sign in to or access the tenant’s applications and resources.
To access the applications or resources in a tenant, you need to use a business account provided by that tenant’s administrator. Alternatively, if you are using a personal Microsoft account, the administrator must add your account to the tenant as a Guest User and grant you the appropriate access permissions.
In this case, please contact the tenant administrator, who is usually a member of the organization’s IT department, and ask them to add your account again as a Guest User. Once this has been completed and the appropriate permissions have been assigned, you should be able to access the applications provided through My Apps.
