Apologies that you do not believe this answer is helpful. However, as your request may require account access which no one here is able to do. At this point I believe your only option is to contact support.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

As this does seem to be happening on a continuous basis I would like to recommend starting an online chat with support via https://support.microsoft.com and click on Contact Us then follow the instructions provided. When you get to a person explain the issue to them and that you would like to have your account double checked for payments as well as a refund for the extra amount.

If the subscription is already cancelled but a new charge was taken, the supported causes are:

    1. The cancellation was made too close to the billing date. Cancellations must be more than 2 days before the billing date.
    2. The charge is tied to a different Microsoft account than the one being checked.
    3. The subscription may be managed by a third party such as Apple, Google, Amazon, or another retailer, in which case billing must be stopped with that provider.

To stop further charges and verify the source of the payment:

    1. Go to Services & subscriptions.
    2. Sign in with the Microsoft account that originally purchased the subscription.
    3. Check the subscription end date and next billing status.
      • If Turn on recurring billing is shown, recurring billing is already off and the subscription should simply run until the shown expiry date.
    4. If the charge is not explained there, go to the Manage your payments page and use Investigate for the unexpected charge.
    5. If the subscription does not appear under that account, check whether it was bought through a third party. If so, Microsoft cannot cancel, refund, or modify billing for that subscription; it must be managed with the provider directly.
    6. If there is an overdue balance on the subscription, that balance must be paid before cancellation can complete.

    For refund handling:

    • Not all cancellations result in a refund.
    • Refund eligibility is determined automatically during the cancellation process.
    • In most cases, a refund may be available within 30 days of the initial purchase or before the first recurring billing date, whichever is sooner.
    • A refund of the most recent recurring billing charge may also be available if cancellation happens within 30 days after payment, limited to one time per Microsoft account and subscription product.

If the charge is still unexplained after checking the correct account and payment investigation flow, use Microsoft support through the Contact Support path shown in the subscription support articles.
