OneDrive storage warning

OneDrive shows 313.8 GB used out of 1 TB, but the desktop app reports “Not enough cloud storage,” and uploading through the website also fails. The accounts match. Restarting and resetting OneDrive did not resolve it. Please check my effective storage quota and whether an upload restriction is applied to my account.

    Hello,

Could you please check your OneDrive account online and confirm whether the 1 TB storage is correctly reflected there?

Alternatively, sign in to the Services & Subscriptions page here with your Microsoft Account to check whether the subscription is active and not expired.

If your subscription is active but you are still unable to upload files through OneDrive Online, the 1 TB of storage may not have synced correctly across your account, devices, or services.

So to resync the storage, here's what you can do:

    1. On the Services & Subscriptions page, select your Office 365 subscription, then click Manage.
    2. On the next page, select 'Turn off recurring billing'.
    3. Then, turn on recurring billing again after a few hours.

Once done, open an InPrivate window in Edge, go to OneDrive online, and see whether you can upload your files to the cloud.

    If it works,

    • Right-click the OneDrive icon on the taskbar.
    • Select Settings > Accounts >Unlink this PC.
    • Sign in with your Microsoft account again to resync the storage.
