Good Morning, Good Afternoon, and Good Evening. I am having troubles with my Microsoft Rewards. Im using the Web version of it. Somehow, I can't find my Daily Set (which is supposed to be three that gives 10 points each) anywhere in my Dashboard. Also, in the "Earn" area of Microsoft Rewards, I can't find my streak which is supposed to be beside the "Todays Points" or the "points Breakdown" square. It should be beside it since it shows how many days ive been doing my activities there. If you know anything, PLEASE help me.

    Hi,

Could you check the Bing app on your mobile device to see if it appears there? Some users have reported experiencing the same issue in this thread, so it could be a bug or a temporary issue on Bing’s end.

Try these checks for missing Daily Set and streak in Microsoft Rewards on the web:

    1. Confirm the correct Microsoft account is signed in Missing Daily Set, streak, or points can happen when signed in to a different account.
    2. Check whether browser data is syncing correctly Microsoft notes that Rewards issues can happen when browser data is not syncing with the Rewards database data.
    3. Turn off VPN or proxy and use the current market/region Rewards can fail to show or credit correctly if activity appears to come from outside the current market. Using a VPN can also affect streak behavior.
    4. Check device time zone settings Streaks are based on the device’s time zone. A different time zone can cause the system not to recognize the streak correctly.
    5. Sign out, restart, and sign back in This is a common workaround for Rewards dashboard and streak display issues.
    6. Clear the browser cache Cached web data can prevent the Rewards dashboard from displaying updated Daily Set or streak information.
    7. Wait 24 hours and check again If the dashboard is temporarily out of sync, the Daily Set or streak may reappear after the service refreshes.
    8. If the issue continues, contact Microsoft Rewards Support For missing streaks or Daily Set problems that do not recover, use the Rewards Support page: Rewards Support

If the streak was reset incorrectly, there is also a support path specifically for a broken streak: https://rewards.bing.com/support?categoryId=earning_points&subcategoryId=broken_streak
