Missing "Daily Streak" counter and "Streaks" section on Microsoft Rewards Dashboard

Hi Microsoft Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue on my Microsoft Rewards dashboard where the "Daily Streak" counter and the entire "Streaks" task section have completely disappeared.

Issue Summary:

Expected: The dashboard should display the Daily Streak counter (next to "Today's points") as well as task cards for Bing Search Streak, Daily Set Streak, Bing App Streak, and Visual Search Streak.

Actual: Only "Today's points" and the "Level up activities" section are shown. The entire Streaks area is missing.

I have attached screenshots comparing the normal layout with the current broken view. Please help check and restore the Streaks section so I can continue my daily progress. User's image

Thank you for reaching out and informed us about the situation. I understand that you've pointed out the streak section is missing

However, please navigate to the top ribbon and click Earn, then on the Earn windows, you should be able to see your Daily Streak count:

Since this is only a user-to-user forum, us Moderator do not have any tools nor access to bring back or make any changes to the current UI of Microsoft Bing Rewards. I understand your frustration, and you can also submit your request/feedback to Microsoft Feedback Portal

I can confirm that I have been experiencing the same thing for weeks. Below is a screenshot showing that the streak rewards are missing from the Earn page, as well as the streak counter itself.

As I mentioned above. we moderator do not have any access nor tools to view or customize Microsoft Bing Rewards UI. In your situation, I would advise reaching out to Bing Rewards Support for further insights.

Sorry for the delayed response @Haytham-C . I have reloaded and checked the Earn tab multiple times, but the "Daily Streak" counter and the tasks within the "Streaks" section are still not displaying at all.

Is there anything else I can do on my end to fix this issue? Thank you so much for your help!

Thanks for the update, you could also try download Bing app for mobile as a temporary workaround too, because I can still view my daily streak on my mobile test environment:

In addition, please also try different browser and using incognito/private windows to access Bing Rewards page. If the daily streak also did not appear even trying different browser, then I would suggest reaching out to Bing Rewards Support for further query, since my role is limited so I cannot confirm if this is backend-related or not.

What can we do if we reach out to support and our reply to their email doesn't go through or gets ignored? I've had this happen several times over the past 3 years. Which really only leaves 2 choices. Give up or send another support request

**In that case, I would advise creating another Microsoft account then test on that account if the Streak is missing or not, and if it does, please submit another request to the Bing Rewards Support using the link that I provided above.

Hey Haytham. Yeah I reached out to support again and got dogged out for opening another SR. Then was told I exhibit automated behavior. Then I asked them to clarify exactly what that meant. Never got a response back. All the down sizing that xbox and microsoft are doing... well lets just say I know what department they should start with. Or they already did and it's handled by AI. That would explain a lot too. Thanks though. I got more help from you than the customer Support gave.
