    Hello @NagaKirthi K (Contractor)

I am only a community member, so I do not have access to your organization’s systems. The comments below are only my initial observations based on the screenshots you provided.

According to the screenshots, when you open Outlook, you are redirected to a separate authentication page and prompted to select a certificate. After you select the certificate and choose OK, the page returns an HTTP 400 error stating, “We can’t connect you.”

Because the error occurs during authentication through that service, the issue may be related to your organization’s sign-in configuration or certificate rather than Outlook itself. However, I cannot confirm this based on the screenshots alone.

Since the domain shown in the error belongs to the Oracle Cloud identity service, and the emp-conditionalaccess certificate appears to have been issued by your organization, I recommend contacting your organization’s IT department or identity management team. They should check:

    • Whether the emp-conditionalaccess certificate contains its private key and is still valid
    • Whether the certificate is correctly mapped to your account
    • Whether there are any duplicate or outdated certificates in the Windows Certificate Store
    • Whether the Conditional Access or certificate-based authentication policy is working correctly
    • The sign-in logs in the Oracle Cloud identity service at the time the HTTP 400 error occurred

To help narrow down the cause, could you please provide the following information?

    1. Does the issue occur only in Outlook, or does it also occur in Word, Excel, Teams, and other Office applications?
    2. Can you sign in to Outlook on the web, or other company applications, using the same account?
    3. Were you previously able to sign in to Outlook on this computer? When did the issue begin? Was the certificate recently issued or renewed? The screenshot shows that the certificate became valid on September 15, 2026.
    4. In the certificate selection window, do any other certificates appear when you choose More choices? If you select another certificate and choose OK, is the result different?
    5. Is this a company-issued and managed computer or a personal computer? Which version of Windows are you using, and are you using classic Outlook or new Outlook?

Thank you, and I look forward to your response.
