Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
Welcome David Hadley,
Thank you for posting on Microsoft Q&A. I'm sorry your account was hacked, and I understand how frustrating it is that you still can't send email after securing it.
The error "550 5.7.520 … AS (4810)" means Outlook.com is treating your outgoing messages as spam. After an account is hacked, this often happens because spam was sent from the account. Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.
First, could you tell me:
- About when was the account hacked, and when did you change your password?
- Does the error appear in Outlook on the web (outlook.live.com) as well as the Outlook app or your phone?
- Did you get any message or banner in Outlook.com saying your account is blocked or limited?
Looking forward to your update.
