Organizing and accessing contact information in Outlook.com
Hi @HARRY OATES
I understand that the duplicated contact is still appearing in Outlook.
Please sign in to Outlook.com through a browser, open People > Your contacts, select the affected contact, and choose Delete. After confirming the deletion, refresh the page and search for the contact again.
If Delete is missing, the contact may come from a connected service and will need to be removed from that service. If you use Teams mobile, please also go to Settings > People and turn off Sync my device contacts, as synchronized device contacts may reappear in Outlook.
If the contact still remains after following the steps above, please contact Microsoft Support so the support team can investigate your account directly.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.
Please feel free to share the result after trying these steps.
