I can't send emails but I can receive emails. My storage is not full. How do I fix my email?

    Details matter. Describe exactly what happens when you attempt to send a message? Do you get an error? If so, include the error here exactly as it appears on your screen. If the message appears to send but is never received, does it appear on the Sent Items folder?
