NOT RECIEVING EMAILS FROM WHITELISTED ACCOUNT

Since storage is already confirmed as not full, check the Outlook.com settings and folders that can still hide or divert Discord mail:

1. Check Other if Focused Inbox is enabled.
2. Check Junk Email, Deleted Items, and Archive.
   • If a Discord message is in Junk Email, select it and mark it as not junk.
3. Check Settings for anything redirecting or hiding mail:
   • Mail > Rules: remove any rule affecting Discord or support messages.
   • Mail > Forwarding: make sure mail is not being forwarded elsewhere.
4. Check whether messages are sorted oddly in the message list.
   • Restore chronological order with Filter > Sort > Date.
5. If only Discord mail is missing, ask Discord whether their messages were actually sent and whether they bounced.
   • If there is no visible error on the Outlook.com side, the sender should review Outlook.com sender guidance.
6. If the account had unusual sign-in activity or a recent password change, verify the account status.
   • Update the password if it changed recently.
   • If the account was temporarily blocked, use the Outlook.com account unblock guidance.
7. Review recent Microsoft account sign-in activity if there is concern that someone changed mailbox behavior.

If none of those steps help, use Outlook.com support from the Help menu or the Outlook.com support/contact options.
