I paid my bill, have a receipt and keep getting notices. Stop the notices please.

    • Where did you make the payment? Was the payment made directly from Microsoft, or was the subscription purchased through a Microsoft partner/reseller?

    Usually, these reminders keep popping up because the subscription info hasn't completely synced across everything at Microsoft yet. Or, it could be that there's an unpaid bill that needs a manual retry, even after you updated your card.
