Additional meeting and call-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business
Hello Swarna Biswal
As this forum is intended for user-to-user support, I’m unable to check your tenant configuration directly. However, based on the information you provided, I would recommend the following checks:
1/ Verify the organizer is receiving the expected meeting policy:
Get-CsOnlineUser -Identity <UPN> | Select DisplayName, TeamsMeetingPolicy
Then confirm the effective policy has:
Get-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy -Identity <PolicyName> | Select AttendeeIdentityMasking
Although the Global policy has been configured, the user may be receiving a different effective meeting policy.

2/ Test with another Teams Premium licensed user in the same tenant. This helps determine whether the issue is account-specific or tenant-wide.
This helps determine whether the issue is isolated to a single account or affects the entire tenant.
The test organizer account has an active Teams Premium license under "Microsoft 365 admin center" > "Users" > "Active users" > "Licenses and apps".
3/ Create both a new Teams Meeting and a new Webinar, then compare whether the "Hide attendee names" option appears in either scenario.
Microsoft states that attendee identity masking is supported for both meetings and webinars. Testing both scenarios helps determine whether the issue is specific to the webinar workflow or whether the feature entitlement is not being surfaced at all for the organizer account.
