Old emails have suddenly appeared

Hi, your inbox may have switched to showing the oldest emails first.

Open Inbox >> Filter above the email list >> Sort >> Date, then select Newest on top. This should bring your recent emails back to the top.

This may happen if Outlook has an incorrect date filter or is sorting emails by date. Please try the following steps:

Open Outlook and go to your Inbox.

Check whether any filters are applied, such as a specific date range.

Change the sorting option to Date – Newest on top.

Clear any applied filters and refresh the page.

If the issue persists, try opening Outlook in another browser or an incognito window to check whether the problem is browser-related.
