I cannot log into my account

I have been unable to sign into my account for it seems like weeks now every time I try, it says either error or something went wrong. Please try again later.

    Hello,

    Have you tried resetting your Microsoft Account password and see if it helps?

    Open an InPrivate window in Edge or an incognito tab (CTRL + SHIFT + N) in Chrome.

    Go to this link here to reset your Microsoft Account password.

    (Copy and paste the link above)

    Once the password reset is successful,

    Launch the private window again, and see if you can sign in with your Microsoft account on the link below.
