I have noticed my email address is not sending or receiving emails. Can this please be investigated?

    What exact error message do you see when you try to send an email, if any?

    Please also sign in directly to Outlook Web at https://outlook.live.com/mail and check whether you can send and receive email there.

    If the issue still persists, check your Microsoft storage at https://account.microsoft.com/storage If your storage is full, Outlook may stop sending or receiving new email until space is freed up.
