Microsoft 365 Outlook stopped working with Godaddy.

I have had a Microsoft account for years and use Microsoft 365 Outlook for email to get emails from Godaddy. Suddenly I can't sent or receive emails on a random basis. I have office 2019 so I set it up with Godaddy and it works fine. I spoke to Godaddy tech support and they said that Microsoft has made some changes and that I should contact them.

Does anyone have some answers???????

    I am using the current version of Microsoft 365, I update it as they come out.

    The Office 2019 is the classic version.

    Both Microsoft 365 & Office 2019 are setup as IMAP.

    No errors are shown.

    Just a heads up since GoDaddy support sent you our way that this is a public community where regular users help each other out and we are not Microsoft employees.

    To figure out what is going on with the GoDaddy email we need some more details first. You mentioned using Microsoft 365 Outlook and Office 2019. Are you talking about the New Outlook for Windows app compared to the classic Outlook 2019 desktop program?

    Also I need to know how you are connecting to GoDaddy in the 365 version like if it is set up as IMAP POP or an Exchange account. Do you get any bounce back messages or error codes when the emails randomly fail to send or receive?

    Let me know so we can trace where the disconnect is happening.
