Unable to delete certain contacts from outlook.com

In Outlook.com, I have several contacts that cannot be deleted. Whenever I try to remove them, I get the error message "Couldn't delete contacts", and the contacts reappear a few seconds later.

This problem has been ongoing for a few weeks and never occurred in the past. It is also significantly affecting my ability to use Outlook.com, as I cannot properly manage my contacts and keep my address book up to date.

I would appreciate your assistance in identifying the cause of this issue and providing a solution.
