My office manager that no longer works for me downloaded this subscription. I no longer use any of your services simply because I don't really use a computer. Can I get a refund on this since I had no idea I even had it?

To get in touch with Microsoft support and/or to cancel the subscription, you need the credentials for the admin account. If you can't get that info from your former office manager, try phone support with Microsoft. You'll need to provide some proof of purchase.

It has even been suggested here in Q&A that you may have to set up a trial business subscription to get access to the support resources. It may seem convoluted, but it would be a step forward, at least.
