I understand that this is an urgent issue, Julie-Ann Cachola.

However, there could be different reasons for why a question not being sent in Copilot, so we’ll need a little more information to narrow down before suggesting a specific fix. Could you clarify exactly what happens when you try?

    • Does the message appear to send but then get stuck loading?
    • Or the Send button just greyed out or unresponsive? Or it's a square being loaded? User's image
    • Do you receive any error message? If yes, please let me know and/or share the screenshot.
    • Are you using Copilot web or the app? On PC or phone? Have you tried on other devices/version?
    • Is your account personal, or it's work/school account? Are you on any subscription plan?

That should help narrow down whether this is a browser/app problem, an account issue, or a Copilot service issue. In the meantime, if you're using Copilot in a browser, please try these basic checks:

    1. Refresh the Copilot page, then sign out and sign back in.
    2. Start a new chat and try sending a simple prompt such as “Hello.”
    3. Open Copilot in a private/incognito window > if it works:
      1. Test turning off your browser extension, if any.
      2. Clear cache and cookies of Copilot.
    4. Try another browser (e.g. Edge, Chrome, Safari, etc.) to see whether this is specific to the current browser.
    5. Try a different network (Wi-Fi <> mobile data) or devices (PC <> phone <> another PC)
    6. If you're using Copilot.com on web, try the Windows Copilot/M365 app
    7. If you're using a work/school account, consider contacting your IT department.

Once we know exactly what happens when you try to send it and where you're using Copilot, we can provide more specific troubleshooting steps.
