    Hi Nash, Elia (Student),

Since you have already refreshed Outlook, restarted the computer, searched for the message, and requested another email, could you please check whether the Amazon email appears when you sign in to your mailbox directly through a web browser?

    Please also let me know:

    • Does this happen only with emails from Amazon, or are messages from other senders also missing?
    • What type of email account is configured in Outlook, such as Outlook.com/Hotmail, a school account, or an account from another email provider?

If the message is visible on the web but not in classic Outlook, that would point more toward an Outlook synchronization issue. If it is also missing on the web, please confirm that Amazon sent it to the correct address and check whether Amazon shows the message as successfully sent.

Please do not post your full email address here; only the email provider or account type is needed. Thank you so much for your understanding.

For an email from Amazon that is not appearing in classic Outlook, use this order:

    1. Check whether Outlook is offline.
      • In classic Outlook, look at the bottom of the window for Working Offline.
      • If it appears, go to Send/Receive and select Work Offline to turn offline mode off.
    2. Confirm the internet connection.
      • Open a browser and verify normal web access.
      • If the connection is unstable, Outlook may not download new mail.
    3. Search beyond the Inbox.
      • Select the search bar above the Outlook ribbon.
      • Search for Amazon, the sender name, or the subject/OTP wording.
      • Change the search scope to All Mailboxes or All Outlook Items so the message can be found if it landed in another folder.
    4. Check folders where the message may have been redirected.
      • Junk Email
      • Deleted Items or Trash
      • If the account uses Outlook.com, also check the Other tab and make sure no filters are hiding messages.
      • If the message is in Junk but should not be, right-click it and choose Mark as not junk.
    5. Check for mailbox rules or forwarding.
      • Rules can move messages out of the Inbox before they are seen.
      • Forwarding can send messages elsewhere.
    6. If this is Outlook.com mail, check account conditions that block delivery.
      • If Microsoft cloud storage is full, mail cannot be sent or received.
      • If the password was changed recently, update it.
      • If the account was temporarily blocked because of unusual sign-in activity, unblock the Outlook.com account.
    7. Ask Amazon to resend after the checks above.
      • If only Amazon mail is missing and other mail arrives, the sender may need to review their sending guidance for Outlook.com.

If Outlook still does not receive new mail in general, Microsoft provides Outlook troubleshooters for classic Outlook. If those do not help, contact support.
