I would like a refund.

Support for my CPU ended, 365 no longer works on my PC. I bought Office 2024 not knowing it would not work.

Give me my money back

The fact you can't call anyone anymore is also ridiculous.

Office 2024 is the most recent perpetual (one-time payment) license and it should definitely work. Which specific product name is this? Office Home & Business 2024? Or some other version?

Also, which version of Windows do you have?

I am not sure if a refund is possible for a perpetual license. Only the seller will be able to tell you. If you purchased directly from Microsoft, check with the Microsoft Store.
